Your tickets are always in the TokTix app, ready to show at the door — even if you're offline.
Open your tickets
- Open (or install) the TokTix app.
- Sign in with the phone number you used to buy — your ticket is tied to that number.
- Tap the Tix tab.
- Tap a ticket to open it and show its QR code at the door.
If you bought several, swipe through them — each ticket has its own QR code.
Can't see your ticket? The usual reason is signing in with a different phone number than the one used at checkout. Sign out and back in with the number you bought with.
No signal at the venue?
TokTix keeps your tickets cached, so they still open when you're offline or the venue has bad reception. Open the Tix tab before you get to the door and your ticket will be there.
