You can save your TokTix ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so it's one tap away at the door — no need to open the app or sign in.
Add to your wallet
- Open the TokTix app and go to the Tix tab.
- Open the ticket you want to save.
- Tap Add to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Add to Google Wallet (Android).
- Confirm, and the pass is saved to your phone's wallet.
At the door
Open your wallet, pull up the TokTix pass, and show its QR code to be scanned in — the same code as in the app.
A wallet pass is the fastest way in, especially if the venue has bad signal. It opens straight from your lock screen without loading anything.
If the "Add to Wallet" button isn't there
Make sure you're on the individual ticket view (not the list), and that your phone's wallet app is set up. If it still doesn't appear, you can always show the ticket directly from the Tix tab instead — see Where to find your tickets.
