Delete your account

You can permanently delete your TokTix account from the app. This is irreversible, so read what happens first.

Before you delete

• Deletion is permanent. Your profile and account data are removed and can't be restored.
• Sort out active events first. If you have upcoming events with tickets sold, handle them before deleting — refund or hand them off as needed.
• Payouts are separate. Money already paid out lives in your connected payout account, not in TokTix.

Delete your account

1. Go to Profile.
2. Open Delete Account.
3. Confirm when prompted. Your account is then permanently removed.

Not sure deleting is what you want? If you just don't want notifications, you can turn those off instead — see Manage notifications. Or message us from Profile → Feedback and we'll help.
