Edit your profile

Your profile is your name and handle across TokTix. You can update it any time.

Edit your details

1. Go to Profile, then open Edit Profile.
2. Update any of:
   • Full name — how you appear to teammates and on your events.
   • Instagram handle — links your profile to your Instagram.
   • Email — for receipts and account contact.
   • Phone — the number tied to your account and sign-in.
3. Save.

Linking your phone or email

If you signed up one way and want to add the other, use Link Phone (or add your email) in Edit Profile. Keeping both on file makes it easier to sign in and to recover your account.

Your phone number is how you sign in. If you need to change it, update it here — you'll verify the new number with a text code, just like signing in.
