Manage notifications and quiet hours

Choose which push notifications you get, and set quiet hours so you’re not pinged overnight.

TokTix sends push notifications for the things that matter — sales, reminders, and ticket activity. You control which ones you get, and when.

Manage your notifications

  1. Go to Profile → Notification Settings.
  2. Toggle the categories you want:
    • Hosting — your first sale on an event, and a heads-up when a tier is almost sold out.
    • Reminders — an event reminder 24 hours before doors.
    • Transactional — ticket purchases and refunds on your events.
  3. Changes save as you toggle.

Quiet hours

Don't want to be pinged overnight? Turn on Quiet Hours and set a window. Notifications hold during those hours so a late-night sale doesn't wake you — you'll still see everything when quiet hours end.

If you're not getting notifications at all, check that notifications are enabled for TokTix in your phone's system settings, then confirm the categories above are turned on.

A note for teams

Right now, sale notifications go to the event's owner and organization owners. If you've added a Partner to an event and they're not getting sale pushes yet, that's expected — it's on our roadmap.

Still stuck? Open the TokTix app, go to Profile → Feedback, and send us a message — we read every one.
