Read your analytics and export a guest list

Track sales and check-ins in real time, and export your orders or guest list.

TokTix tracks your sales and check-ins in real time, so you always know how a night is shaping up. You can also export the underlying data.

Open your analytics

  1. Open your event and go to the Analytics screen (from the guest list header menu).
  2. Pull down to refresh any time for the latest numbers.

What you'll see

  • Capacity & availability — how many tickets are sold vs still available, per tier.
  • Check-in rate — how many ticket-holders have actually walked in (updates live during the event).
  • Sales over time — when tickets are selling, so you can time a push.
  • Total discounts — how much your promo codes have given away.
  • Fees collected — including any organization markup, if you use one.

Export your data

Need the raw list — for a venue, a co-host, or your own records?

  1. On the Analytics screen, tap Export.
  2. TokTix produces your orders / guest data so you can save or share it.

You can also work orders directly:

  • On the Orders list, search by name, email, or phone to find a specific buyer fast.

Handling a guest list for a venue? Share names and quantities for will-call — avoid handing over buyers' phone numbers. Contact details are for you and your Owner/Partner team, not third parties.

Who can see analytics?

The event Owner, Organizers, and any Partner you've added can view analytics. Scanners cannot — they only get the guest list and the door scanner. See Add a teammate.
