Create your first event by scanning a flyer

The fastest way to create an event on TokTix is to let FAITH — our AI event helper — read your flyer and fill in the details for you. Have a flyer image (or a screenshot) ready before you start.

Create the event

1. Open TokTix and tap the + button in the middle of the bottom bar.
2. On the new event screen, tap the cover image area and choose Scan with FAITH.
3. Pick your flyer from your camera roll (or take a photo of a printed one).
4. FAITH reads the flyer and pulls out the event name, date, time, and location. This takes a few seconds.
5. Review what FAITH found. It shows a confidence level and highlights the fields it filled — tap any field to fix it.
6. Tap Use these details to drop them into your event.

FAITH gets you 90% of the way there, not 100%. Always double-check the date, start time, and address before you publish — those are the details buyers rely on.

Fill in the rest

FAITH handles the basics. You still add:

• A description — what the night is about, dress code, age policy.
• Your ticket types and prices — see Add ticket types and set prices.
• Visibility — public or private. See Public vs private events.

No flyer? Enter it manually

If you don't have a flyer, choose Use image only (or skip the image) and type the details in yourself. Every field FAITH fills is editable, so manual entry works the same way — you just do the typing.

Save and come back later

Not ready to publish? Tap Save as draft. Your event waits for you under the Events tab, and you can finish it any time.
