How fast can I create an event?

You can get an event live in about 60 seconds. Upload your flyer, FAITH pulls the event details automatically, review your ticket types, and publish. No long forms. No copying and pasting.

How much does TokTix cost?

TokTix charges 5% + $0.50 per paid ticket, plus standard Stripe processing fees. There are no monthly fees. Free events are always free to host. Your ticket revenue goes directly to your Stripe account — TokTix never holds your funds.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Ticket sales go directly into your connected Stripe account, and payouts are handled automatically based on your Stripe settings (daily or weekly).

FAITH is TokTix's built-in AI assistant. Upload a flyer photo and FAITH automatically pulls out your event details — title, date, time, location, and more. You can also edit events by chatting with FAITH instead of filling out forms.

TokTix uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles payment security and compliance, and TokTix does not store customer card details.

Does TokTix support sub-promoters?

Sub-promoter commission tracking is launching soon. You'll be able to assign unique ticket links to each promoter, track sales in real time, and calculate commissions automatically.

Can I use TokTix on my own website?

Yes. TokTix integrates with existing event websites, including WordPress, so you can sell tickets directly from your own site without moving to a different marketplace.

Contacts: If you choose to import or sync your contacts to find friends on Toktix, we collect information from your address book (such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses) with your permission.
Identity Verification: In certain cases, we may ask you to provide government-issued ID or other proof of identity/age (for example, to verify your age for age-restricted features or to authenticate your account).

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you use Toktix. This includes your interactions with content and other users (e.g., videos you watch, posts you like, users you follow, search queries), the time and frequency of your activities, and any preferences or settings you choose.
Device and Technical Information: We collect information about the device and software you use to access Toktix. For example, we may collect your device type, operating system version, browser type, unique device identifiers, language preference, and IP address. We also gather device event information such as crashes, system activity, and hardware settings.
Location Information: We may determine your approximate location based on your IP address. With your consent, we might also collect precise geolocation data from your device (for example, via GPS or mobile networks) to provide location-based features or services.

However, please note that if you disable cookies, some parts of the Toktix Platform may not function properly. Access and Update: You can access and update your profile information and other personal details at any time by logging into your account settings.
Deletion: You may delete content you have posted on Toktix, and you can also request deletion of your account. When you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize your personal information, though some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Opt-Out of Marketing: If you have subscribed to marketing emails or newsletters, you can opt out by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in those emails or through your account settings. We will continue to send you essential service notifications even if you opt out of marketing messages.
Privacy Settings: Toktix provides in-app privacy controls. For example, you can set your account to private (so only approved followers can see your content), adjust who can comment on or duet with your videos, and control whether your profile is suggested to others.
Cookie Preferences: As described in the Cookies section, you can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. You can also reset your advertising identifiers on mobile devices or limit ad tracking through your device settings.
Additional Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional privacy rights. For example, certain laws (like GDPR or CCPA) may provide the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to request that we delete your information, or to restrict or object to certain types of data processing. We will honor such requests in accordance with applicable laws.

Toktix is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Platform or provide any information to us. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information to Toktix, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
