Organizations can add their own service fee on top of the ticket price. It's an optional markup you keep, layered on top of TokTix's standard fee.
Set your fee
- Go to Profile → Organization Settings.
- Find the fee section — you'll see the TokTix platform fee and a field for your fee markup.
- Enter your markup.
- As you type, the breakdown updates live: Customer Pays Total and You Receive, so you can see exactly what the buyer sees and what lands with you.
- Save.
Who pays it
You choose how the markup is applied:
- Buyer absorbs it — your markup is added on top, so the customer pays more and your ticket revenue is unchanged.
- You absorb it — the markup comes out of your side.
The live breakdown shows both the Ticket Price and the final Customer Pays Total, so there are no surprises either way.
Your markup is separate from TokTix's fee (5% + $0.50 per paid ticket) and from Stripe's processing fee. All of it is shown in the breakdown before you save.
Fees you collect are reflected in your event analytics.
