Once your event is published, sharing the link is how you fill the room. TokTix gives every event a clean link you can drop anywhere.
Share the link
- Open your published event.
- Tap Share.
- Choose Share Event to open your phone's share sheet, or Copy Link to grab the URL.
- Paste it wherever your crowd is — Instagram bio, story, group chat, email.
Tap View Event in the same menu to see the public page exactly as buyers will.
Where to share
- Instagram bio link — the single highest-traffic spot for most promoters.
- Stories with a link sticker, close to the event date.
- Group texts — the link previews with your flyer, so it looks the part.
- Selling from your own site? You can embed the ticket form directly — see Embed TokTix on your website.
The link previews with your event's cover image, so a strong flyer does double duty. If the preview looks off, update the cover image and re-share.
Private events
If your event is private, only people with the link (and page password, if set) can see it. Share it deliberately — don't post a private link publicly. See Public vs private events.
