What is TokTix?

TokTix is a mobile-first way to run events and sell tickets from your phone. Create an event in about a minute by scanning your flyer, sell tickets, manage your guest list, and check people in at the door — all from the app.

How fast can I create an event?

About 60 seconds. Upload your flyer, FAITH pulls out the details automatically, you review your ticket types, and publish. No long forms.

How much does TokTix cost?

TokTix charges 5% + $0.50 per paid ticket, plus standard Stripe processing fees. There are no monthly fees, and free events are always free to host. Your ticket revenue goes directly to your own connected account — TokTix never holds your funds.

How do payouts work?

Payments run through Stripe, and ticket sales go straight into your connected account. Payouts follow your Stripe schedule (typically daily or every couple of days). See How to sell paid tickets.

What is FAITH?

FAITH is TokTix's built-in AI event helper. Upload a flyer photo and it automatically pulls out your event's name, date, time, and location so you don't have to type them in. See Create an event by scanning a flyer.

Can I add my team?

Yes. Invite helpers to a single event as a Partner or Scanner, or add members to your whole organization. See Add a teammate and Add members.

Is TokTix secure?

Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles payment security and compliance. TokTix does not store buyers' card details.

Can I sell tickets from my own website?

Yes — you can embed TokTix on your own site, including WordPress, so buyers check out without leaving your page. See Embed TokTix on your website.
